By accessing and using Wanderlist, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use Wanderlist.

All content, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, and arrangement of such Content, contained on Wanderlist is owned, controlled, or licensed by or to Wanderlist, and is protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws.

3. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic material.
• Using the website for any purpose that violates local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems from or through the website.

4. Limitation of Liability

Wanderlist shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use Wanderlist or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through Wanderlist or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

5. Termination

Wanderlist reserves the right to terminate your access to Wanderlist at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that Wanderlist believes violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, Wanderlist, or third parties, or for any other reason.

6. Changes to Terms

Wanderlist reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use at any time. You will be deemed to have agreed to any such modification or amendment by your decision to continue using Wanderlist following the date in which the modified or amended terms are posted on the website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro.
