A small beach between Budva and Jaz that is only accessible by water. The sea is clear, but the entrance has bigger stones and can be a bit wavy!

It used to be completely wild, but unfortunately, there is now a cafe and commercial area with sunbeds and umbrellas. However, it's still relatively free usually 🦦

📍 To get there, I would suggest renting a SUP board or kayak for the day. This way, you can bring along food and any other necessities and spend as much time as you like here.

Where to escape busy city beaches during the high season 🥵 Most of these beaches are accessible by public transport from Budva and offer fewer crowds and clearer water.

For a quieter experience, I would still recommend visiting during the off-season, ideally in May or late September.

My favorite beach! The water is incredibly clear and has a beautiful color. There are sections with paid sunbeds and umbrellas with smaller pebble-like stones. However, I prefer the free sections because they are usually less crowded 🌊
I recommend bringing something padded to lie on and water shoes, as the stones here are larger (you can see them in the pictures). Also, consider bringing swimming goggles or a snorkeling mask if you want to explore the sea life around the rocks; it's a popular spot for snorkeling.

If you're arriving by car, there's a large parking lot right next to the beach. Alternatively, you can take a bus from Budva.

📍 You don't need to go to the bus station; just ask someone for directions to a bus stop heading to Petrovac. They usually have the timetable at the stop and someone selling tickets there! Or just purchase tickets directly from the driver. I've included references for two bus stops (see the last pictures), but sometimes the stops may change.

📍 You can get off at the 'Perazica do' stop and walk down to the beach (note: it's quite a steep downhill). Personally, I prefer getting off at Petrovac and taking a scenic walk from there, surrounded by the fragrance of pine trees 💚

Perazica Do beach

Pretty long beach with a mix of sand and pebbles. The water is usually clear, although it's a popular beach. I would recommend the part that is closer to Budva (on your left when facing the sea). It's the least crowded and wild without umbrellas or sunbeds.

Without a car, you can get there by bus or water taxi.

📍 The best way, in my opinion, is by water taxi. It's a short boat ride, and you'll arrive at the best part of the beach. During the season, there are usually boats going to and from Jaz on a regular timetable. It's pretty cheap (around 7-8 euros for the round trip) and you can catch a sunset on the way back 🌞 They are usually near the Jadran restaurant along the shore (see pic 5 for reference).

Jaz Beach

While recommending Sveti Stefan may seem obvious, not everyone knows that its beach is publicly accessible and can be much less crowded than those in Budva. The water is pristine, with small colorful pebbles that are both beautiful and comfortable. Plus stunning views as a bonus 😍

I also recommend exploring nearby beaches like Miločer and Kraljičina plaža. You can easily walk to both from Sveti Stefan through the Miločer park. These beaches are equally stunning, surrounded by pine trees and secluded.

📍 You can reach Sveti Stefan easily without a car – public buses depart from Budva every 15 minutes! Similar to the Petrovac bus, you don't need to go to the bus station. I've included references for two bus stops (see the last pictures), but sometimes stops may change, so feel free to ask someone for directions 🚌

Sveti Stefan and Miločer Beaches

One of the most popular beaches, and for good reason – situated between Budva and Sveti Stefan, it's calm and clean, covered with smaller, comfortable pebbles 🏖️ Half of the beach is equipped with sunbeds, and the other half is completely free. It can get a little crowded during the peak season but still much less so than Budva beaches.

📍 If you come by car, there are free parking spaces available on both sides of the beach. However, it is also easily reachable by bus, or you can even walk from Budva if you feel like it (it'll take around 1 hour). Please note that bus stops may change, so it's a good idea to ask for current directions 🗺️
